What You Will Do

Develop and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Go, and Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for their platform.
Optimize database interactions using MySQL and PostgreSQL to enhance performance.
Utilize GCP for deploying and managing cloud-based services.
Implement caching strategies with Redis to improve application responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Background

0-2 years of experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in TypeScript and React for front-end development.
Familiarity with Go and Python for back-end services.
Experience with database management using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Understanding of cloud platforms, specifically GCP.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Preferred

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $160K. Additionally, the company offers competitive equity compensation, placing it in the 90th percentile for stock options, along with a referral reward program.
