Opportunity Overview

Teradyne's Integrated System Test division builds high-volume test systems used by leading storage manufacturers. The Titan HP product line is central to that business, and Titan HP 100 is its next-generation, high-throughput platform.

We are seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead ongoing engineering of the Titan HP 100 platform after release to customers. You will guide a multidisciplinary team responsible for reliability, platform improvements, new capabilities, cost reduction, and software-release readiness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop the Titan HP 100 product engineering team; establish priorities, goals, and development plans.
  • Own reliability, uptime, and yield; lead root-cause analysis and permanent corrective action for systemic issues.
  • Deliver qualified platform and software improvements while protecting installed-base stability.
  • Translate customer and Product Management requirements into qualified capabilities and controlled introductions.
  • Drive product-cost improvements while balancing reliability, throughput, supply continuity, and customer requirements.

  • Demonstrated ownership of a shipping product, including reliability, sustaining improvements, and new-content introduction.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary work across hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and customer-facing functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with semiconductor or system test equipment in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Applied reliability methods such as FMEA, HALT, MTBF/AFR modeling, accelerated-life testing, or 8D.
