Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead sensory and consumer research activities aligned with business opportunities and strategies
- Partner with creation and design teams to provide insights for product formulation
- Collaborate with innovation and R&D teams to enhance customer engagement
- Design and implement sensory and consumer insights methods for product development
- Generate and analyze sensory and consumer data using advanced methodologies
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and customers to guide product development
- Support development of new research tools and models for deeper consumer insights
- Collaborate with regional and global Product Experience teams
- Coach and mentor junior team members
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sensory Science, Experimental Psychology, Neuroscience, Food Science, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer research, preferably in food and beverage
- Expertise in sensory and consumer methodologies and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in R, SPSS, JMP, XLStat or similar tools
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with strong business acumen
- Inclusive leadership and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
