Introduction
In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. You will be tasked with consulting on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions and strategically engage with client personnel.

$61.72 - $68.84 per hour
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Seven or more years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Five or more years of experience in product development or related roles.
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and driving quality assurance practices across cross-functional teams.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Comfortable with a very fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with little direction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the product vision and roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Work closely with product managers and business teams to maintain and refine the product backlog based on business value or ROI.
- Stay current on agile practices and ensure smooth execution of development cycles.
- Advocate for quality assurance and testing excellence across product development.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness.
- Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track.
- Lead team meetings as needed to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Promote best practices in functional, accessibility, and regression testing.
