Product Management - Product Manager 5 - Contingent

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Required Skills & Qualifications 7 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis. Must have experience with personalization/experimentation platforms, preferably Adobe Target. Needs to have a decent technical acumen and history in technically complex organizations. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the product backlog for timely feature delivery. Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Define test cases, review results, and approve feature readiness. Drive a testing first mindset to maintain quality standards. Partner with the Scrum Master to remove blockers and keep sprints on track. Lead meetings to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues. Collaborate with engineering and content teams to refine requirements and support implementation. Track progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders. Support release planning and ensure deployment readiness. Oversee testing activities, including test plans and defect tracking, to ensure high quality deliverables.
