In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Digital Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Job Title: L2 Product Owner Application SecurityOverviewThe Application Security (AppSec) domain is responsible for overseeing the strategy, vision, and roadmap for application security across the enterprise. This function supports a broad portfolio of security products and delivery teams aligned to enterprise objectives.This role is part of the centralized AppSec organization and supports execution across multiple delivery teams.

Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced L2 Product Owner to support one of three AppSec delivery groups, collectively spanning 21 delivery teams. This role is responsible for translating high-level strategy into executable product features and ensuring successful delivery in alignment with the AppSec product model.The Product Owner will partner closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to drive outcomes across the assigned group.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy ExecutionTranslate enterprise AppSec vision, strategy, and roadmap into actionable deliverablesAlign delivery outcomes with leadership-defined goals and priorities

Product OwnershipOwn and manage product features within the assigned delivery groupEnsure alignment with product model standards and security objectives

Delivery Planning & ExecutionDefine timelines ( when ) and manage delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologiesBreak down initiatives into epics, features, and user stories for quarterly and annual planningDrive initiatives from intake through execution and delivery

Backlog & PrioritizationMaintain ownership of the product backlogControl prioritization based on business value, risk, and strategic alignment

Stakeholder & Engineering CollaborationPartner closely with engineering teams to ensure successful feature deliveryServe as the link between strategic direction and execution

Domain Focus: Application SecurityThis role operates within the Application Security domain, with a primary focus on:

Vulnerability management and code scanningEnsuring secure development practices across enterprise applicationsIdentifying and remediating security risks in application code

Relevant Concepts & Tools:Static Application Security Testing (SAST)Software Composition Analysis (SCA)Vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Checkmarx, TruffleHog)General understanding of secure coding and DevSecOps practices

Required QualificationsProven experience as a Product Owner within a product operating modelStrong background in Application Security (AppSec) (required)Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworksAbility to translate strategy into detailed product features and execution plansExperience managing backlogs and driving prioritizationStrong collaboration and communication skills with technical teams

Preferred QualificationsBackground in AppSec engineering with a transition into product ownershipExperience in large, complex enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise security frameworks and standards

Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate brings a combination of product ownership experience and deep AppSec domain knowledge. Candidates with only Product Owner experience and limited application security exposure will not be a strong fit for this role.
