Job Description

We're looking for a bold, thoughtful leader to help shape the future of Benefits Navigation at Evernorth. As Director of Product Management, you'll lead a high‑impact team that serves as the trusted strategic partner for our most complex clients-while also influencing where the product goes next. This role blends deep relationship leadership with product strategy and market insight. If you're energized by collaboration, motivated by impact, and eager to grow both people and products, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Management Senior Advisors who serve as the strategic relationship owners for the Benefits Navigation client portfolio (CareNav+), driving retention, satisfaction, and long‑term value

  • Own client strategy across the book of business, aligning renewal success, performance guarantees, and enterprise goals into clear, actionable plans

  • Act as the voice of the market-synthesizing client feedback, performance data, and industry trends to inform and prioritize product roadmap decisions

  • Partner closely with Benefits Navigation product leadership to translate client needs into product enhancements, launches, and go‑to‑market strategies

  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality execution by evolving core enablement assets such as playbooks, client profiles, and operating procedures

  • Coordinate enterprise account strategies in collaboration with Express Scripts and Cigna teams to deliver a unified client experience

  • Lead external client engagement, including executive‑level meetings, quarterly performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions (virtual and onsite)

  • Guide vendor integration strategy by documenting client needs and prioritizing requests with internal product partners

  • Provide strategic oversight for new client implementations, serving as the senior relationship lead throughout the implementation lifecycle

  • Partner with Care Guide Client Account Support leadership to ensure member service experiences meet and exceed client expectations

  • Serve as a Benefits Navigation subject‑matter expert, sharing best practices, mentoring others, and leading enterprise initiatives that move the business forward

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, account management, client strategy, or related roles within healthcare, benefits, or complex B2B environments

  • Proven experience leading teams and developing talent in strategic, client‑facing roles

  • Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships and navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments

  • Strong ability to translate client and market insights into clear product and business priorities

  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally with product, analytics, implementation, and enterprise account teams

  • Clear, confident communicator skilled in executive‑level discussions and strategic storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field

  • Experience working within benefits navigation, healthcare services, or payer‑adjacent organizations

  • Familiarity with enterprise product launches and go‑to‑market execution

  • Experience influencing product roadmaps without direct authority

  • Comfort operating in dynamic, fast‑evolving environments where ambiguity is expected and progress matters
