  • Lead end-to-end product and operational execution, delivering compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions for clients and members.
  • Drive business performance by owning financial results, including revenue, margin, expense management, and overall product sustainability.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to deliver seamless service and a consistent customer experience.
  • Establish vendor strategies and performance expectations that support operational excellence, compliance, and business objectives.
  • Guide large-scale initiatives that require coordination across multiple functions, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful execution of critical operational activities, including enrollment, billing, implementations, audits, reporting, member support, and technology enhancements.
  • Provide strategic oversight of regulated market operations while anticipating industry, regulatory, and client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
  • Shape the future direction and market positioning of EGWP offerings through multi-year planning and innovation.
  • Lead efforts that support STAR Ratings performance, quality outcomes, adherence initiatives, and CMS performance measures for EGWP PDP products.
  • Develop and inspire Directors and their teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing insights, recommendations, and solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in regulated healthcare, Medicare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), health plans, insurance operations, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of Medicare programs, EGWP, PDP, M3P, RDS, and other regulated healthcare environments.
  • Proven experience leading complex operational, product, or client-facing functions with significant business impact.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to translate them into effective business strategies and operational practices.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience managing financial performance, business results, and operational budgets.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior executives, clients, and partners.
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience overseeing vendor relationships and complex service delivery models.
  • Knowledge of Medicare STAR Ratings programs and quality performance initiatives.
  • Experience identifying and implementing technology, automation, or AI-driven process improvements.
  • Executive presence with experience presenting business strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
