Located in scenic northwestern Wisconsin, just 90 miles from Minneapolis, 50 miles North of Eau Claire, WI and within 80 miles of Lake Superior, we offer exciting career opportunities in a small-town atmosphere.

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Product Management Specialist to help grow our product segments, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and making a meaningful business impact, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Support product segment growth by identifying market opportunities, developing relationships, and contributing to sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other teams to support product priorities and business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, share industry insights, and help develop short- and long-term sales goals.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and operations.
• Work with customers and internal teams to identify application needs, recommend appropriate products, and enhance the customer experience.
• Build strong supplier relationships, explore new business opportunities, and represent RLWS as an industry leader.
• Travel to customer locations and industry events as needed (approximately 25%).

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, a technical field, or related discipline; or five or more years of scales and measurement experience.
• Three or more years of weighing industry or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
• Solid computer and technology skills.
• A collaborative, innovative, detail-oriented mindset with the initiative to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 25%.
