Primary Skills: Robotics (Advanced), Commodity Management (Intermediate), Supply Chain Planning (Expert), Supplier Relationship Management (Advanced), Reporting (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Location: North Reading, MA (#LI-Onsite) Duration: 8 Months Pay Range: $55 - $57 per hour#LPJob Summary:We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee supply chain initiatives targeting operational excellence and cost optimization. Working cross-functionally, this role demands strategic involvement with sourcing, planning, product, and engineering teams to balance technical and commercial interests. Ideal candidates will display robust analytic capabilities and a track record in global supply chain management within high-stake environments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to design robust supply chain frameworks and execute sourcing and logistics decisions throughout product development cycles.
  • Serve as the primary supply chain contact to harmonize program decisions translating supply chain insights into strategic actions; support financial planning and approvals.
  • Synthesize data from multiple areas to recommend balanced, sustainable operational and cost optimization strategies.
  • Develop and execute cost reduction roadmaps; oversee comprehensive impact analysis on total ownership costs.
  • Drive continuous supply chain improvement post-launch, ensuring accountability and operational alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing and commodity management in electromechanical fields.
  • Strong proficiency in supply chain planning, including lead time reduction and scenario planning.
  • Advanced data analytics skills, capable of deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
Industry Experience Required:
  • Experience in robotics, electromechanical systems, or similar tech-focused supply chain roles is crucial.
