Job Description
As the Product Manager on our Order Communications team, you'll shape the experiences that represent Best Buy during one of the most critical moments in the customer journey: order fulfillment and post-purchase engagement. In this role, you'll partner closely with engineering, design, operations, customer care, supply chain, and marketing to deliver clear, trusted, and proactive communications that build customer confidence and brand loyalty. You'll balance customer needs, data, and operational realities to drive meaningful, scalable product outcomes.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you'll do
- Help define and own execution of the long-term vision for order communication experiences across fulfillment and post-purchase journeys
- Work collaboratively to develop product strategy end to end, from discovery and concept through development, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Represent the customer in complex conversations, advocating for clarity, confidence, and trust in the order experience
- Align and influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders through strong storytelling and data-driven insights
- Use customer research and performance data to identify opportunities, prioritize roadmaps, and iterate through test-and-learn approaches
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of product management experience
- 2 or more years of experience leading work across multiple teams, including engineering and user experience
- 1 or more years of experience in product strategy, customer‑centered solutioning, and cross‑functional leadership
- 2 or more years of experience using data to define product strategy and measure outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience working on complex platforms, systems‑driven products, or highly matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting fulfillment, post‑purchase, or operational customer journeys
