  • Develop data-backed growth strategies & solutions that increase user delight and retention
  • Design & run A/B experiments to quickly iterate towards key growth metrics
  • Prepare detailed specs that meet user needs, create a positive user experience, and ensure the maximum benefit to the business
  • Build consensus on strategy, design, and technical decisions

What we're looking for:

  • Deep empathy for clinicians and an interest in the profession and culture of medicine
  • Proven track record driving product growth across web and mobile, with clear impact on key metrics (e.g., activation, engagement, retention)
  • Highly analytical and data-driven; experienced running rapid experiments and optimizing funnels end-to-end
  • Results-oriented, balancing bold growth bets with iterative improvements that reduce friction and increase conversion
  • Strong bias for action; able to quickly turn hypotheses into shipped experiments
  • Skilled at identifying growth opportunities through user behavior, data insights, and market trends; SQL experience is a plus
  • Collaborative partner across engineering, design, data, and marketing to drive growth outcomes
  • Experience working alongside growth marketers, with hands-on familiarity with the tools and metrics that drive acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns
