Turn your clinical knowledge into a career that takes you into the OR, the lab, and across the country!This growing medical device organization is seeking a Product Manager – Clinical Education & Support to join their team in the Boston area. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the hearing healthcare space and wants to take their career beyond traditional clinical practice.You'll become a key resource for an innovative portfolio of middle ear implants, ventilation tubes, and precision surgical instruments, working directly with clients, surgeons, sales partners, and internal teams to provide education, clinical support, and product expertise.This is much more than a desk-based product management role. You'll have the opportunity to support cases in the Operating Room, lead hands-on clinical workshops, attend national conferences, and work directly with healthcare professionals to help advance the use of specialized medical technology.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Become a subject matter expert on an innovative portfolio of middle ear implants, ventilation tubes, and precision instruments
  • Educate customers, surgeons, and sales partners on products, clinical applications, and best practices
  • Develop product education, training materials, presentations, and clinical resources
  • Provide on-site clinical and OR case support when requested
  • Lead hands-on workshops and educational sessions for clients
  • Attend national conferences, exhibits, temporal bone labs, and other industry events
  • Collaborate with sales partners and internal teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements
  • Help communicate customer and clinical feedback to internal product teams
  • Travel nationally to provide education and clinical support
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who combines clinical curiosity, communication skills, and an interest in medical technology.You may be a strong fit if you have:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, audiology, or another related healthcare/medical field
  • General knowledge of the hearing healthcare or ENT industry
  • Experience or interest in medical device sales, clinical education, or healthcare technology
  • Comfort working in or a strong desire to learn within Operating Room and laboratory environments
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to educate both clinical and non-clinical audiences
  • A willingness to travel nationally approximately 25–30%
  • The flexibility to support conferences, labs, workshops, and clinical cases
Medical device experience is a plus, but candidates with strong hearing industry knowledge and a desire to transition into medical technology are encouraged to apply!The Work Environment:This position is based in the Boston area and is currently structured as an on-site role, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will live within reasonable commuting distance of Boston or Worcester.  As you become established in the role and demonstrate success, there may be an opportunity for greater flexibility, including transitioning to a remote-based position.  National travel is expected but is not constant—approximately 25–30%—and all business travel expenses are covered.Why This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to step outside the traditional clinical path without leaving healthcare behind.You'll gain exposure to surgeons, medical technology, product development, clinical education, sales, and some of the most specialized environments in ENT.
