Job Description

My client is a global medical device leader with a mission to help surgeons treat their patients better. This role sits at the center of an emerging Cardiothoracic Surgery portfolio - building relationships with surgeons and clinical teams, driving new product innovation, and owning a product line from concept through commercial launch.

What you'll be doing

Drive new product development - market research, product strategy, R&D coordination, and release to production
Define and maintain customer and market requirements; develop competitive analyses and pricing strategies
Coordinate product introductions and market launch with sales and marketing organizations
Support offsite surgical cases and provide direct field team support
Identify third-party partnering opportunities to expand the product line
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations

About you

Be able to do the job as described.
Background spanning medical device sales, marketing, product management, engineering, or clinical work
Experience with cardiothoracic medical devices required
Comfortable with cadaver specimen work in a lab or surgical setting
Strong platform presence - this role involves regular presentations to surgeons, internal teams, and commercial partners
Naples, FL-based with availability for 25% travel
