This role is ideal for someone with a background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or cybersecurity who wants to grow their product career in a highly collaborative, user-led development environment.You’ll work closely with engineering and UX design teams to explore user needs, define product direction, and continuously evolve the platform. Even if you don’t come from a traditional product background, if you’re a strategic thinker with domain knowledge and a drive to learn, you’ll be supported every step of the way.What You'll Be Doing:Drive continuous discovery to uncover user needs and pain points in the security and compliance space.Partner within a cross-functional trio (UX, Eng, PM) to define solutions, run experiments, and validate concepts.Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives that deliver measurable impact.Use data and feedback to prioritize work, inform product strategy, and evaluate success.Create strong feedback loops with both customers and internal teams to ensure alignment.Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid learning grounded in lean product principles.Act as the advocate for the user, ensuring their needs shape development priorities.What You’ll Bring:Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC-related fields.Interest or experience in product management, continuous discovery, and agile methodologies.Analytical mindset with a bias toward evidence-based decision-making.Ability to work across teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Exposure to or interest in lean product frameworks, rapid prototyping, and outcome-driven development.Interested in hearing more?
