About the Team & Role

We are building a scalable and professional-grade financial trading platform serving active and sophisticated investors. As part of our derivatives product organization, we are looking for a Product Manager, Derivatives Trading Platform to support the development and continuous improvement of our options and derivatives product line.

In this role, you will focus on building core derivatives trading capabilities and enhancing user experience for options products. You will work closely with derivatives operations, risk management, compliance, quantitative, and engineering teams to translate complex financial logic and operational strategies into intuitive, reliable, and compliant product features. This role is well suited for an early-career product manager who is highly interested in derivatives and eager to deepen domain expertise.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the planning, design, and iteration of derivatives trading platform features, primarily focused on options products, to enhance trading capabilities and user experience.
  • Work closely with derivatives operations, risk management, compliance, and quantitative teams to deeply understand derivatives business logic and user needs, translating operational strategies into actionable product solutions.
  • Participate in user research, competitive analysis, and performance monitoring for derivatives-related features (e.g., options trading UI, risk visualization, strategy tools), producing clear PRDs and driving implementation with engineering teams.
  • Assist in monitoring key derivatives metrics such as trading volume, position distribution, implied volatility, and Greeks exposure, regularly analyzing data trends and proposing product optimization ideas.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering and risk control teams to ensure derivatives features are delivered on time and with high quality, and continuously iterate based on post-launch performance.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities based on user feedback and market changes, and support the design and execution of A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
  • Support cross-functional communication and project coordination, including preparation of derivatives-related product presentations, training materials, and go-to-market content, clearly articulating product value to marketing teams and key users.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or internet companies; experience with derivatives products (options, futures) or related operations is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of options and other derivatives, including basic trading rules, pricing models (e.g., Black-Scholes), and risk management concepts.
  • Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset, with the ability to independently conduct requirement analysis, write PRDs, and manage product execution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and quantitative teams.
  • Strong product communication skills, capable of clearly conveying derivatives product value and feature benefits to marketing teams and key users.
  • High interest in derivatives products, with strong learning ability and the capacity to quickly understand complex financial concepts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
