You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, structured, and solutions-oriented - someone who brings clarity to complex, distributed environments and keeps teams aligned and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily standups and core Agile ceremonies across distributed teams, tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and unblocking team members in real time.

  • Partner closely with the central Product Owner to support capacity planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking against the forward-looking product roadmap.

  • Act as the primary point of contact during EMEA and AMER working hours, ensuring continuous alignment between regional teams and global headquarters.

  • Coordinate with Customer Services and internal stakeholders to ensure product updates, release notes, and critical information are communicated clearly and on time.

  • Compile and maintain governance materials and product health metrics to support senior management reviews and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager in a software or FinTech environment.

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple time zones.

  • Clear communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.

  • Experience in capital markets, FinTech, or a regulated industry.

  • Familiarity with Agile management and project tracking platforms.

This position is located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in-office, subject to change.

  • Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Is working towards or has graduated with a post graduate degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience Required: At least 8 years.
  • Special Qualifications: Project Management or other related Certification
