Job Description

About OnRamp

OnRamp transforms B2B customer onboarding into a revenue driver. Our platform automates workflows, streamlines playbooks, and accelerates time-to-value, helping enterprises reduce onboarding time by up to 70%. Backed by leading investors (we just raised our $15M Series A) and trusted by Fortune 15 companies, we’re redefining how companies bring new customers online.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own Customer Engagement — the suite of experiences that portal-customers interact with directly. This includes OnRamp's customer-facing portal and the overall end-customer journey through an implementation or onboarding process.

This is a high-impact role. You'll spend meaningful time in the field with customers, translating their needs into a clear product vision and shipping features that make a difference in how customers design and build meaningful onboarding experiences for their users. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams in a startup environment where speed, judgment, and ownership matter.

What You'll Own

  • Customer portal experience — the primary interface end-customers use to complete tasks, track progress, and collaborate with vendors

  • Email & Portal Collaboration — ensuring the right messages reach the right people at the right time to keep projects moving

  • Portal UX — from first login through project completion, with a focus on clarity, engagement, and reducing friction

  • Discovery and research — regular customer interviews, usability sessions, and synthesis of feedback into actionable insights

  • Roadmap prioritization — balancing near-term customer needs with longer-term platform vision

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong product instincts with a track record of shipping user-facing features customers love

  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and an interest in how they can improve user experience and automation

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can take a fuzzy problem and turn it into a clear plan

  • Customer empathy and hands-on discovery skills — you regularly talk to users and let that shape your thinking

  • Clear written and verbal communication; you can align cross-functional teams without a lot of process overhead

  • Startup mentality — you're resourceful, move fast, and care about outcomes over process

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with customer-facing portals, onboarding workflows, or B2B implementation tooling

  • Exposure to CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and how they shape downstream workflows

  • Experience at a company going through a growth stage (Series A–C)

Why OnRamp

  • Work on a product that directly shapes how businesses run their most important processes

  • High ownership from day one — you'll set direction, not just execute tickets

  • Collaborative, low-ego team that values good thinking and fast iteration

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits

Why OnRamp

  • Work directly with enterprise and mid-market clients, including Fortune 15 companies

  • Join a high-growth SaaS company that just raised its $15M Series A led by top investors

  • Be part of a collaborative, ownership-driven culture

  • Highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits

  • Boston-based, 3+ days a week in-office
