Role Overview
We are seeking a Motion Capture Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of OptiTrack’s products such as plugins and core software. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, design, and customer experience, translating real-world user needs into innovative motion capture solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver best-in-class motion tracking systems to a diverse and global customer base.

Qualifications
- Familiarity with motion capture, computer vision, AR/VR, or 3D tracking technologies.
- Background in animation, game development, virtual production, biomechanics, or robotics.
- 1–7+ years of experience managing the quality of product deliverables or direct product management for technical products.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with a variety of motion capture systems or related tools.
- Understanding of real-time data processing and visualization.
- Prior experience in B2B product environments.
- Experience creating video games or digital experiences.
- 3D Modeling or other computer graphics skills.
