GSR is poised to become one of the world’s great digital product categories (think GPS, MRI, and LMM). Our flagship GSR product, Quidient Reality®, is a powerful API that enables anyone with a mobile device to virtualize, visualize, and measure anything. Words relevant to Quidient include Generative AI, Physics-Informed AI, Large Scene Models (LSMs), Large World Models (LWMs), and API-First.

Overview

We’re seeking an exceptional Product Manager to turn Quidient’s breakthrough Spatial AI technology into polished, scalable products that customers and developers adopt. This is a 0-to-1 role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of user discovery, technical depth, go-to-market strategy, and platform thinking.

This is a hybrid position, meaning that you will need to live within easy driving distance to our Technology Center in Columbia, Maryland.

What You’ll Do

Product Discovery & Definition

  • Lead user research and customer discovery across target markets to identify the highest-leverage problems Quidient’s technology can solve.
  • Work closely with customers to understand user problems, then apply JTBD, HMW, design sprints, and first-principles thinking to translate insights into crisp product vision, MVP requirements, detailed Product Requirements and measurable success criteria.
  • Partner closely with engineering and solutions to define what is feasible, what is differentiated, and what should be built first.
  • Establish OKRs, KPIs, quality rubrics, and feedback loops that guide products from concept through product-market fit to global growth scale.

Launch, Platform & Growth

  • Drive products through definition, prototyping, build, launch, and post-launch iteration without losing sight of quality.
  • Roll up the sleeves to test and understand products inside and out, become the expert and champion as product lead.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for consumer and developer-facing launches, including positioning, messaging, channels, launch sequencing, and measurable outcomes.
  • Think in platform terms by connecting consumer product adoption with API adoption, developer experience, and third-party ecosystem growth.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned with transparent communication, cross-functional reviews, and clear product reasoning.
  • Responsible for going into the field to customers and to conferences to demo, product features and capabilities.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years with consumer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated 0-to-1 track record with software based products.
  • Deep fluency in 3DGS, NeRFs, photogrammetry, 3D reconstruction, or related spatial computing technologies.
  • Hands-on product experience with machine learning and computer vision systems.
  • Experience developing, launching, or scaling APIs as products.
  • Proven GTM ability, including positioning, launch strategy, channel selection, and measurable growth outcomes.
  • Experience running UXR programs, usability studies, design sprints, and data-driven product iteration.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Columbia, MD, in a hybrid capacity.
  • Meet Quidient, customer, and government security requirements, which may include, but are not limited to a background check, citizenship verification, and Criminal Justice Information Services verification.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience productizing deep-tech or research-stage technology for mainstream audiences.
  • Background in spatial computing, AR/VR, NVIDIA Omniverse, or emerging Spatial AI ecosystems.
  • Experience building and growing developer or technical communities from scratch.
  • Domain experience in automotive, AI training data, automated visual inspection, aerospace, defense/DoD, insurance, or digital content creation.
  • Consumer app launch experience (iOS/Android) with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Prior work at an early-stage startup in a founding or near-founding PM role.

What We Offer

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $155,000 - $200,000
  • Annual bonus and equity as appropriate.

Benefits:

  • Health insurance
  • HSA
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Life & disability insurance
