About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own and develop internal platforms that power our Partners & Distribution operations.
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Product and Operations, partnering closely with operational teams to understand their workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build scalable product solutions that make day-to-day operations faster, simpler, and more efficient.
You'll own the entire product lifecycle-from identifying problems and validating hypotheses to launching pilot initiatives and scaling successful solutions across the business.
Depending on your experience, you'll take ownership of one or more internal products, including Agent App, workforce planning tools, and other platforms supporting our distributed operations teams.
This role is based in Manila, Philippines, and requires relocation. We provide comprehensive relocation support to help make your move as smooth as possible.
What You'll Do
Own and develop internal platforms and tools for operational teams.
Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses with internal users.
Define product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive roadmap execution.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
Launch pilot initiatives, measure results, and scale successful solutions across the organization.
Measure the impact of product changes on operational efficiency and team productivity.
Contribute to the development of key internal products, including Agent App, workforce planning solutions, and other operational platforms.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of Product Management experience developing internal products, platforms, or employee-facing tools (Internal Products / Internal Platforms). This is the key requirement for the role.
Experience owning products throughout the full product lifecycle-from problem discovery and requirements definition to launch, adoption, and scaling.
Experience working closely with operations, distributed teams, or field teams.
Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to make data-informed product decisions.
Native or fluent Russian.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
Nice to Have
Background in marketplaces, logistics, retail, or fintech.
Experience automating operational processes or building internal operational tools.
Experience developing products for blue-collar or field teams.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or Python.
Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to improve operational efficiency
