- Reason for Opening: Temporary backfill for Product Manager on special project
- Location Preference: Local / Hybrid
- Team Size:
- 5 Engineers (U.S.+ Chile)
- 1 Product Analyst (Chile)
- Team Setup: Established product team
- Collaboration:
- Highly collaborative with business stakeholders across multiple U.S. time zones
- Leadership:
- Informal leadership through delivery and execution
- Backlog grooming
- Story refinement
- Delivery oversight
- Story acceptance testing
- Execute and manage product roadmap
- Support overall day-to-day team operations
- Core Tools: Jira, Confluence (required)
- Primary Platform: Salesforce CRM
- Additional Systems:
- AWS data stores
- Integration processes
- Snowflake
- Flexibility:
- Salesforce strongly preferred
- Other CRM experience considered transferable
- 4–5+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong experience with:
- Jira / Confluence
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage complex workflows and stakeholders
- Salesforce experience
- Financial services background (wealth management preferred)
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Spanish language proficiency
- Comfortable navigating complex business processes
- Able to manage a broad stakeholder group
- Strong ownership of delivery and execution
- Can step in and keep an established team running smoothly
- 1 round interview
- Likely with hiring leader + 1 additional team member
- Looking to move quickly
- Ideal candidates available immediately
- Limited cross-department interaction
- Strong emphasis on execution and keeping team aligned
- Must be comfortable working across distributed teams (U.S.+ Chile)
