  • Product Requirements (PRDs): Translate business requirements from asset managers and analysts into technical specifications for data engineers.
  • Data Reliability & Quality: Establish SLAs for data availability, latency, and accuracy across the fleet.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years specifically in data engineering, IoT platforms, or data-intensive B2B SaaS products.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IoT protocols (MQTT, Modbus, OPC-UA), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data processing technologies (Kafka, Spark).
  • Data Fluency: Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze large datasets to make data-driven decisions.
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to map complex physical-to-digital workflows and simplify them through automation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with building real-time monitoring dashboards or predictive maintenance tools.
  • Background in energy market telemetry requirements (ISO/RTO).
