  • Build a deep understanding of key campaign personas, using customer feedback, research, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities to improve adoption and usability.

  • Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to prepare teams for new campaign capabilities, workflows, and processes, and develop the resources they need to sell effectively.

  • Track launch adoption, performance, and market feedback, translating insights into recommendations that improve engagement and commercial impact.

  • Support emerging campaign-platform initiatives, including AI-assisted campaign planning, automation, and new campaign experiences.

  • Embrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience across Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, or related disciplines, with experience bringing products or capabilities to market.

  • Experience in adtech, retail media, commerce media, performance marketing, SaaS, or another B2B technology environment preferred.

  • Experience working with enterprise CPG customers or sales organizations strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product launches and go-to-market programs.

  • Strong understanding of how to translate product functionality into clear customer value, messaging, and sales materials.

  • Experience working closely with Product and cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities to market.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep launches moving.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to make complex products and workflows easy to understand.

  • Comfortable working closely with Product, Sales, and Sales Enablement and incorporating feedback from key personas into marketing strategy.

  • Curious and customer-oriented, with a strong interest in understanding how products are actually used and where people encounter friction.

  • Highly organized and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with significant organizational change and ambiguity.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
