About the Role
Ontra is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, reporting to our Manager, Product Marketing, to join its growing marketing team! We're looking for someone who is excited to own foundational messaging and go-to-market strategy for one of our leading SaaS products, shaping the product experience, driving feature launches, and fueling adoption across Ontra's customers and prospects.

What You'll Do
- Product Messaging: Develop clear product and persona-based messaging to be used in collateral and marketing campaigns; become the subject matter expert in positioning our product to customer audiences
- Feature Launches: Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify high-impact features and execute go-to-market strategies that effectively position new capabilities in the market
- Customer & Competitor Insights: Build buyer personas and tailored content that drives conversion, along with competitive analysis that informs growth opportunities and strengthens Ontra's market position
- Sales Enablement: Design training programs, sales assets, and enablement materials that empower GTM teams to effectively drive new revenue
- Customer Expansion: Develop materials that support and accelerate customer growth, increasing usage and investment in Ontra's products and the broader platform
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with an emphasis on feature launches and scaling
- Product Marketing Skills: At least 3+ years partnering cross-functionally to drive product awareness, demand, and usage; AI SaaS or fintech experience preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate complex topics into simple, customer-centric frameworks
- Technology Skills: Experience with AI tools, Sigma, Marketo, Asana, and Salesforce ideal
- Results Driven: Demonstrated ability to make things happen quickly and efficiently, with strong prioritization skills
- Curious: A keen intellect and inquisitive nature that drive innovative, creative thinking and a growth mindset
