Product Marketing Manager, Life Sciences

Tempus' proprietary platform connects an entire ecosystem of real-world evidence to deliver real-time, actionable insights to physicians, providing critical information about the right treatments for the right patients, at the right time.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting a compelling narrative to bring customers along the journey of AI and data use in this new environment in addition to elevating the Tempus brand. You will execute critical initiatives while maintaining a clear focus on our long-term strategic goals. Your work will be instrumental in helping our team meet its objectives, supporting multiple business units, and increasing the visibility of Tempus' life sciences solutions.

What you'll do

• Translate the value of Tempus' complex data and AI-driven solutions into clear, compelling narratives for our life sciences partners.

• Define and deploy customer personas to more closely target customer needs and use cases for our products.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives for our data, AI, Foundation Models and service offerings, including product launches and thought leadership content.

• Manage marketing projects from strategy to completion, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

• Analyze and report on performance, measuring key metrics and return on investment to inform future marketing strategy.

• Develop AI agents and tools to create efficiencies and systems for your projects enabling scale.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, within life sciences, health data, or health AI/technology.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or scientific concepts into clear, concise marketing content.

• Proven experience managing multiple marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.

• Ability to work both as a strategic partner and a hands-on individual contributor.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience marketing real world data, data-as-a-service (DaaS), SaaS, other complex data-centric products or AI/foundation models.

• A strong background in product marketing with experience in product launch, customer persona development, tailored messaging, customer insights generation and story telling.

• Experience developing and using AI agents to create efficiencies in your workflow.

U.S. Pay Range: $90,000 - $150,000

The expected salary range may vary for other locations. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
