Job Description
We are looking for an execution-focused Product Marketing Specialist, based in our New York City headquarters, to join our team. This is a role designed for a builder who is looking to curate content and execute on high-impact marketing communications within a fast-paced B2B environment
You will work closely with our Product Marketing teams to ensure that our content is discoverable across internal and external channels, and that our internal teams are equipped with the highest quality, most up-to-date materials.
Responsibilities
- Content Discovery & CMS Management: Lead web tagging initiatives for Octus articles to improve site architecture. You will curate, organize and externally publish Octus coverage that drives traffic, while building, QAing, and publishing blog posts optimized for SEO and AI Optimization (AIO).
- Newsletter Operations: Own the build of our customer, cross-sell, and prospecting newsletter programs.
- Event & Webinar Content Curation: You will support presentation development, maintain quality control, and curate supplemental materials to enhance attendee or booth visitor experience.
- Sales Enablement: Maintain the library of educational and sales presentations to ensure the global team is always using the most current assets. Additionally, you will own reporting on Product Marketing content usage by the Commercial Team, identifying high performing and low performing content alike to enhance materials and overall content performance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Operations,
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Hands-on experience with a web CMS (tagging and publishing) and marketing automation tools like Pardot (A/B testing and segmented flows). Experience with Pendo or similar digital adoption tools is a significant plus.
- Capacity to manage complex libraries of information and taxonomies with high attention to detail.
- Ability to report on performance (specifically Pendo and Newsletter metrics) and use that data to suggest "good performance questions" for the wider team.
- Strong cross-functional skills across the Marketing organization, ensuring all materials pass rigorous QA and brand standards.
- Resourcefulness and curiosity: Take the initiative to learn about Octus, how we serve our customers, and how our customers use our products.

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The base salary range estimate for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
The actual compensation will be at Octus' sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
