JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the coordination, preparation, submission, approval, and implementation of companyproducts.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential• functions.
- Coordinate and contribute to the product development, submission, approval, and implementationprocess.
- Serve as a liaison between R&D staff, other departments, and committees on productdevelopment issues.
- Understand the filing requirements and communicate and negotiate with regulatory authorities toensure company compliance in the product approval and implementation process.
- Train, coach, and assist R&D staff in the completion of their product development project work.
- Complete other projects and reports as assigned..

- Possess strong communication, decision-making, organizational, analytical and Excel skills.
- Demonstrate working knowledge relating to rate formulation and the regulatory approval process.
- Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, and department staffmembers.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEList Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) year’s experience within the insurance industry.
- Must have substantial knowledge of actuarial operations, rating, policy forms and endorsements.
- Experience in leading teams or in managing staff is desired.
- The CPCU designation is desired.
