NTT DATA currently seeks a Product Owner to join our team in San Diego, CA.

The Product Owner – Supplier Management will help drive the development and implementation of enterprise solutions supporting supplier management, procurement, and supply chain operations.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into product capabilities, prioritize requirements, manage the product backlog, and support enterprise transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of Product Ownership, Supply Chain/Procurement expertise, enterprise software implementation experience, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for solutions supporting supplier management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into product features and requirements.
• Define and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Prioritize features and requirements based on business needs, data, risk, and overall product objectives.
• Support enterprise software implementation and transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate discussions across business, technology, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with global supply chain organizations to support solution development and implementation.
• Communicate product priorities, requirements, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support organizational change and adoption associated with new processes and technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in businessBusiness, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of professional experience, including:
  • 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Lead Business Analyst, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years working with Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Management, or ERP-related solutions.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise software implementation or transformation programs using Agile methodologies.
• 1+ year experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification or another SAFe/Agile certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into product features and technical requirements.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience implementing solutions related to:
  • Supplier management
  • Strategic sourcing
  • Procurement
  • Compliance
  • Risk management
  • Supplier lifecycle management
• Experience with the PROCURE platform preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as Infor LN/Baan, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Experience working with global supply chain organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to support prioritization and product decision-making.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($75-$80). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
