The Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner who thrives in high-pressure environments and can turn ambiguity into clarity. The ideal candidate has a consulting background, a strong software engineering mindset, and the ability to take action without waiting for step-by-step direction. This role requires someone who can both lead projects and roll up their sleeves to ensure execution at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for complex software projects.
Write detailed, high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that drive alignment and clarity.
Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable value.
Anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and bring order to ambiguity.
Act as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor to clients.
Balance big-picture product strategy with tactical execution.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager/Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
Proven success leading software projects with distributed teams.
Exceptional user story writing and backlog management skills.
Strong communication skills—able to speak both “business” and “developer.”
Consulting or start-up background strongly preferred.
Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to take action without waiting for step-by-step direction.
Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
