The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and leadership to define product strategy, manage requirements, and drive successful delivery using Agile methodologies. This role requires strong business consulting capabilities, stakeholder management, product ownership experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct StrategyRoadmapDefine and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Align product priorities with business goals and organizational objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.Conduct market and competitive analysis to support product direction.Requirements ManagementElicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies. Agile DeliveryOwn and manage product backlog.Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities.Partner with Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Business SMEs. Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development teams.Participate in sprint reviews and product demonstrations.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with business executives, operations leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders. Communicate roadmap status, risks, issues, and dependencies.Drive decision-making among cross-functional teams.Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycle. TestingRelease SupportSupport UAT planning and execution.Validate solutions against business requirements.Assist with production deployment planning and post-release monitoring. Coordinate defect triage and resolution activities.AnalyticsReportingDefine KPIs and success metrics.Analyze product performance and customer feedback. Make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Consultant, or Senior Business Analyst.Strong experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks. Experience supporting Digital Transformation programs.Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and data platforms.Experience working with AI/GenAI initiatives. Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework.CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, CBAP, or related certifications.EducationBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Master's Degree preferred.
