- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and related testing documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for software releases.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, mockups, and supporting documentation as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to clarify requirements and priorities.
- Track, document, and coordinate resolution of software defects and enhancement requests.
- Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and JIRA story management.
- Perform data analysis and operational validation activities to support troubleshooting and reporting needs.
- Maintain working knowledge of assigned applications and provide end-user support as needed.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SDLC.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for education.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in software QA testing, business analysis, systems analysis, or product analysis.
- Experience developing test cases and validating requirements for software applications.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Xray, HP Quality Center, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of databases, software deployments, and application support processes is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as ISTQB, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or SAFe are a plus.
