  • Monitor customer feedback and translate insights into product and process improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing
  • Identify and implement quality assurance systems and process improvements
  • Manage supplier relationships to enforce product quality standards
  • Complete other tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects
  • Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and/or holidays

Who we are looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in quality control, manufacturing, or related field (high-volume visual inspection experience preferred)
  • Experience managing high-volume operations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Excited to get things done, in a fast-paced environment
  • Interested in learning new skills
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency

The interview process will consist of the following stages:

  • Culture Questionnaire
  • Phone Interview
  • In-Person Interview

We pride ourselves on the quality of our team and as such, candidates who receive a job offer will be required to successfully pass a job-related hair drug/toxins test and a background check consistent with state law.

You will be joining a small, tight-knit Team.
