Product Quoter

We are seeking an experienced Product Quoter to support the preparation of accurate, timely equipment quotations within a growing manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for reviewing customer requirements, interpreting technical documentation, and developing detailed quote packages that support the quote-to-order process for customers across North America.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to prepare accurate equipment quotations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Quote Coordinators, Application Engineering, and Product Management throughout the quoting process.
• Develop detailed quote packages based on product configurations, engineering requirements, and customer specifications.
• Ensure quotations are completed accurately and delivered within established turnaround times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional business projects.
• Maintain organized project documentation, task tracking, and file management using collaboration and project management tools.
• Assist in the transition of approved quotations through the quote-to-order process while ensuring all required documentation is complete.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Three or more years of experience in manufacturing estimating, product configuration, technical quoting, or a related role.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, product specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Experience working with ERP systems, bills of materials (BOMs), and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience within agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, material handling, or related manufacturing industries is preferred but not required.
