Role SummaryThe Product Sourcing Specialist IV is responsible for sourcing execution and supplier management for Contract Manufacturers (CM) and PCBA subtier commodities supporting hyperscale data center and AI infrastructure programs. This role owns cost, supply continuity, and execution across assigned programs, including developing and managing VMI strategies to support scalable, resilient supply.

Key Responsibilities

    Manage end-to-end sourcing and supplier execution for CM and PCBA subtier commodities supporting hyperscale and AI infrastructure programs.Own supplier cost, lead time, capacity, and delivery commitments, ensuring alignment with program schedules and customer demand.

    Develop and implement VMI strategies with CMs and PCBA subtiers to improve material availability, reduce lead time risk, and support volume ramps.Drive RFQs, pricing reviews, and commercial negotiations with CMs and PCBA subtiers, including cost breakdowns and change management.

    Support NPI and production ramps by coordinating capacity planning, material readiness, and execution with CMs and internal teams.Manage supplier performance including on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and issue resolution.

    Identify and mitigate supply risks related to allocation, lead time, or capacity constraints in partnership with program, operations, and sourcing leadership.Support geo-economic initiatives including tariff mitigation, supply localization, and out of China sourcing strategies as required.

    Maintain sourcing data accuracy including cost, lead time, MOQ, NCNR, and supplier information in internal systems.Prepare regular status updates on cost, supply risk, execution, and VMI health for internal stakeholders.Qualifications

    7+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or procurement, preferably supporting CM, ODM, or PCBA manufacturing.Strong working knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, component sourcing, and CM operating models.

    Hands-on experience setting up or managing VMI programs with suppliers or manufacturing partners.Experience managing supplier relationships and executing in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

    Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred ExperienceHyperscale data center, server, or AI infrastructure experience.

    Experience working directly with EMS, PCBA subtiers, or component distributors.Exposure to tariff mitigation, supply localization, and global manufacturing strategies.

    Experience supporting NPI and rapid volume ramps.

Annual Salary Range

$120,000—$160,000 USD DOE
