What You’ll Do
As a Product Specialist, you will serve as a guide through the vehicle discovery and ownership process, helping customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident at every step.
You will:
Greet guests and help set the tone for a relaxed, respectful experience
Learn about each customer’s needs and priorities through thoughtful conversation
Educate customers on vehicle options, features, and technology in clear, simple terms
Walk customers through demonstration drives and help them understand how vehicles fit their lifestyle
Support customers through delivery by explaining their vehicle and answering questions
Stay connected after the sale to ensure continued satisfaction and understanding
Coordinate with managers and teammates to keep the process smooth and transparent
Represent Diamond Buick GMC with professionalism, accountability, and care
This role is about transparency, trust, and guidance—not pressure, gimmicks, or shortcuts.
