Position Overview: As a Product Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through the vehicle selection process by providing in-depth knowledge of Hyundai models, features, and technologies. You won’t be focused on closing sales—instead, you’ll support the sales team by ensuring customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their options.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms.

• Guide and educate customers on vehicle features, functions, and technology.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle features, identifying causes and assisting with solutions.

• Maintain organized records and ensure proper document management.

• Efficiently track, organize, and locate misplaced or lost keys.

• Safely move vehicles around the lot and to off-site locations as needed.

• Use basic computer skills for data entry, system updates, and internal communications.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle features, technology, and services via phone.

• Manage and complete app registrations, ensuring customers are properly set up.

• Stay present and available in the showroom to assist customers and support the sales team.

• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Process dealer trades by updating plate frames, window stickers, and key tag labels.

• Replace license plates on sold vehicles.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
