Product Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Product Specialist at Robert Brogden Olathe Buick GMC, you will be responsible for selling our wide range of vehicles and providing excellent customer service to all our clients. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the auto industry and a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 per month

Responsibilities:
• Introduce customers to our wide range of vehicles and explain features and benefits
• Assist customers in selecting the best vehicle for their needs 
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends
• Work closely with the sales team and management to meet sales goals and achieve customer satisfaction targets
• Attend sales meetings and trainings as required
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Valid driver's license
