• Operating forklifts and other heavy machinery to safely move molds, raw materials, and finished castings within the foundry.*
• Assisting with removing castings from sand molds after cooling, ensuring both quality and safety standards are maintained.*
• Supporting the separation of castings from sand during the shakeout process, preparing them for finishing.*
• Helping transport materials and finished products to the next stages of production.*
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area at all times.*
• Following all safety procedures and production policies to uphold a safe and efficient workplace.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic experience or the willingness to learn operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment.*
• Forklift experience is a plus; training may be provided if needed.*
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.*
• Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.*
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
