Production And Training Manager, Lead Marketing

About the Role

Vacatia is seeking a hands-on and highly organized Production and Training Manager, Lead Marketing to support the execution and performance of our field marketing events across multiple regions. This role is responsible for ensuring Brand Ambassadors are properly trained, supported, and positioned for success in driving lead generation and guest engagement at shows, fairs, and events.

You’ll play a critical role in both field execution and team development helping ensure every event runs smoothly, every team member is prepared, and all lead data is captured accurately and efficiently. Working closely with regional leadership, you will directly impact the quality, consistency, and performance of Vacatia’s field marketing operations.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Train Field Teams

• Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job support to Brand Ambassadors
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture in the field

Support Event Execution

• Assist with setup and breakdown of event displays and materials
• Support daily event operations to ensure smooth execution and strong guest engagement
• Work closely with regional leadership to maintain operational consistency

Drive Lead Generation & Quality

• Support lead generation efforts at assigned events and venues
• Ensure all leads meet defined qualification standards and criteria
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of lead capture processes

Manage Data & Systems

• Use tablet-based systems to capture, upload, and manage lead and customer data in real time
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all event documentation and information
• Support compliance with company policies and data standards

Operational & Administrative Support

• Assist with processing contracts, forms, and related event documentation
• Support reporting, training initiatives, and special projects as assigned
• Collaborate with leadership to improve field performance and training effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

• Background in lead generation, sales, or event marketing required
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, event-driven environments
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in real time

Travel

This role requires frequent travel across assigned regions, including Mid-Atlantic, Florida, and Western markets. Travel may include weekends, holidays, and extended event schedules.
