Production Artist

Our client, a Top Fortune Tech Company, is looking to hire a Production Artist in Seattle, WA.Pay Rate Range: 35-40+/hr on W2, depending on experience3+ Months Contract PositionResponsibilities: As a Production Artist, you’ll work with a team of marketing, product, and other internal stakeholders to produce content, creative, and graphic assets for onsite and offsite channels and campaigns. Projects will range from digital screens and web assets, to materials and collateral for events, swag materials and social media posts. To support these projectsRequirements: • 4+ years of design and production experience in fast paced, ambiguous environments.• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design or commensurate design experience.• A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in composition (Please include its link on your resume).• Mastery of the principals of design, color theory, typography and graphics file creation optimized for digital media.• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions• Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite• Strong time management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines• Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Desire and ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment• Attention to detail and an awareness that everything counts• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize to meet aggressive deadlines• Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity• Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines• Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business priorities• Photography and photo editing skills• Vector based illustration skills• Motion graphics and video editing skills• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and other video editing software• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS• Knowledge of web architecture, usability, UX and UI Design beneficial• 2+ years of Agency environment experience producing design.Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
