Production AssemblerAdvance Your Career Today!We are hiring Production Assemblers to perform hands-on assembly, cleaning, inspection, and production tasks involving small components and precision equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work and working with their hands in a manufacturing environment. Job Duties:
- Assemble, mount, clean, and inspect small components, including work under a microscope.*
- Load, operate, and monitor automated production equipment.*
- Use hand tools, brushes, microscopes, and other precision equipment.*
- Follow written procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality.*
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.*
- Work with team members and supervisors to identify and address production issues.*
- Higher-level positions may assist with training, cross-training, process improvements, and mentoring other employees.
- Entry-level opportunities available; manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.*
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.*
- Ability to perform fine motor tasks for extended periods.*
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.*
- Ability to work effectively with a team.*
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.*
- Must be able to wear required PPE and work around chemicals and manufacturing by-products.
