Job Title: Production AssemblerLocation: Fargo, NDCompensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: Varies | Full-time hours (details provided during hiring process)Job Type: Temp | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Fargo, ND. In this role, you’ll help produce quality products while supporting a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. Assemble screen frames using hand tools and pneumatic equipment to meet specifications
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met
Maintain steady flow of materials between production stages
Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors
Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and in good working order
Follow all safety protocols and 5S standards to maintain a safe, organized workspace

What You Need to Bring to the Production Assembler Role:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
