Production Assembler

Production Assembler - Start Monday 6/1/26 We are currently seeking candidates with production or assembly experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment for a customer in the Uniontown/Akron area. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling components into sub-assemblies and or final assemblies and preparing for paint for custom engineered production machines for the tire/rubber industries.  Shift:

• 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday

Pay:

• $16.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete sub-assembly and/or final assembly of products or components *
• Complete disassembly of test-fit products and prep for painting*
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly of components or products*
• Inspect items as instructed and provide feedback to management to ensure any quality defects can be avoided in the future*
• Maintain a clean work area,*
• Able to assist other departments and functions as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Previous production/assembly experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment*
• Experience using hand and power tools*
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints*
• Strong attention to detail and quality*
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
