Job Title: Production AssemblyLocation: Eagan, MNCompensation: $16.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00pm- 11:30pmJob Type: Temp | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Assembly workers for a manufacturing company in Eagan, MN. In this role, you'll support production operations by assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure production goals are met.   • Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications
  • Support production line operations to meet daily production goals
  • Inspect products for quality and report any issues or defects
  • Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks as required
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Assist with changeovers and other production-related tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the Production Assembly Role:
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
