We want people who are ready to build a career.As a Production Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our roofing operations team while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, learning new skills, and growing within a company that invests in its people.You won't spend your days behind a desk. Instead, you'll be in the field, supporting crews, assisting with project coordination, and learning the ins and outs of roofing production. For the right person, this position can serve as a pathway to Production Coordinator, Production Manager, and other leadership opportunities within the organization.What You'll DoAs a Production Assistant, you'll help keep projects running efficiently by:Delivering materials and supplies to job sites

Ensuring crews have the tools and resources needed to stay productive

Assisting with job site setup and support activities

Communicating updates between field crews and the production team

Taking project photos and uploading documentation into company systems

Tracking materials and reporting shortages or concerns

Performing basic site inspections and quality checks (training provided)Supporting Production Managers with daily operational tasks

Learning roofing systems, construction best practices, and safety standards

Collecting project completion documents from customers

Payment Collection from customer

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites

Ability to perform physical tasks and lift materials when needed

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
