Your contributions will help deliver fantastic products to customers nationwide.What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating packaging equipment to process raw materials efficiently.
- Regulating machine flow and speed based on production requirements to meet quality standards.
- Loading materials and products into packaging machines accurately and safely.
- Recording production data, product numbers, and packaging information on required forms and logs.
- Monitoring the production line for operational issues and troubleshooting problems quickly to minimize downtime.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed.
- The physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and stretch throughout the shift.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, organization, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
- Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
