Job Title: Production AssociateLocation: Sanford, MEPay: 9 MonthsSummary:
- Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipment.
- Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory.
- Organize inventory.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly with or without accommodation.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment with or without accommodation.
- Ability to meet shift requirements with excellent attendance.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime including weekend work when needed.
- Skill at adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing with consistent accuracy.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
- Shift Work Applies - this position is 1st shift with possible OT and weekend hours.
- MUST work at least 40 hours a week.
