In this role, you’ll help build high-quality hydraulic hose assemblies used in heavy equipment while supporting a structured, team-oriented production environment.   • Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components
  • Cut, measure, and prepare materials for assembly processes
  • Operate hand tools and small machinery to complete production tasks
  • Follow work instructions and production specifications accurately
  • Inspect finished products to identify quality issues
  • Label completed products for distribution and inventory purposes
  • Package finished goods according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:
  • Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to work in a structured manufacturing environment
  • Ability to maintain quality and productivity standards
