Job Title: Production AssociateLocation: Brandon, SDCompensation: $17.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 2nd shift | Monday–Friday | 2:00pm–10:00pmJob Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associate workers for a manufacturing company in Brandon, SD. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality hydraulic hose assemblies used in heavy equipment while supporting a structured, team-oriented production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as an Production Associate:
  • Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components
  • Cut, measure, and prepare materials to meet specifications
  • Use hand tools and small machinery in a production setting
  • Follow work instructions and production guidelines
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Label, package, and stage completed orders for shipment
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
